- Phased scheduling
Commercial & HOA Landscaping
Turf conversions, desertscape, hardscape, irrigation, and grounds care for HOAs, property managers, and businesses across the Las Vegas Valley. One accountable crew. Clear bids. Work done on schedule.
Nevada AB 356
Under Nevada AB 356, commercial, multi-family, HOA, and other non-single-family properties in the Las Vegas Valley can no longer water nonfunctional grass with Colorado River water. That includes grass along streets, medians, parking lots, entrances, and areas in front of or beside buildings. We help property managers and HOA boards identify affected areas, plan the conversion, and complete the work on a timeline that fits your budget cycle.
Rebate eligibility and amounts are set by SNWA and require a pre-conversion inspection before any grass is removed. Visit snwa.com for current terms.
